Women’s Retreat
Our church has supported women’s retreats for several years. The multi-generational
retreats have offered an opportunity for women to get to know ourselves and others better. What a blessing these
have been for our church. Want
to be part of the next Women's retreat? Please contact the church office.

Senior quilts - for confirmed graduating high school seniors
|
Each year, Saint paul Lutheran Church sends our graduating high school seniors
out into the world with a little love from us in the form of a quilt. Everyone can help, whether by donating money for
batting and backing, donating teen-appropriate fabric, cutting squares, sewing squares, tying knots, cross-stitching,
etc. Many hands make light work. Contact Mary Bollman.

Baptism [baby] quilts
|
For those of you who enjoy making smaller quilts, we always accept donated baby quilts
for our infant baptisms. These quilts can be approximately 45" by 54" in size, using whatever fabric you like.
Many parents prefer cotton on one side and soft flannel on the other, with a light batting in the middle. We suggest
using baby prints or prints suitable for young children.

Tuesday morning quilters
|
Whether you are an experienced quilter or someone that would like to learn, our quilters invite you to join
them on Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. Fall through Spring. Join this wonderful group of women that are dedicated to sharing
their talents for sewing and quilting as they share God's love by providing warmth to those in need. You can donate
fabrics and blankets, including those that are gently used, to this mission. In the past, quilts have gone to Interfaith
Hospitality Network, L.O.V.E project, Lutheran World Relief, Cancer Society auction, Lutheran Social Services, Lutheran World
Relief, victims of fire or abuse, Salvation Army, Goodwill, Dorothy Day House, Women's Shelter, Marie Sandvik Center,
Veteran's, and others in need.
